Guided Hunting Trip Waivers

- At this time, we do not require a waiver to join a fishing charter with Current Situation Sportfishing.

- A parent or guardian must be present at all times with a child under the age of 18.

Booking Policies

- Select a trip that is appropriate for your skill level and target fish species

- Select your date and place your deposit upon booking (You may book online or call to book)

- You may call to adjust your trip at any time.

- Trips include 6 guests and leave from Oswego County, NY fishing inshore, offshore or both depending on seasonality, your trip type and desired fish species.

- Remaining balance is due on day of trip. We accept cash or you may charge the remaining balance on your credit card on file.

- We are not responsible for your New York fishing license. You must obtain this prior to your fishing charter for everyone required by New York state law. You can purchase directly form our website for your added convenience.

Cancellation Policy

- All trips must be cancelled 60 days or further from your trip date in order to receive a refund on your deposit

- If you need to cancel within your cancellation window, you may reschedule, or cancel and forfeit your deposit.

- Although rare, double bookings may happen and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs to ensure you have a great time fishing Lake Ontario.
